I believe our Real Estate experience was an extra ordinary, very stressful and yes, very "hectic" given that we never seen the home visually except for pictures. Our move was huge and we were really moving into the unknown. By saying this, having Merrill Young as our Realtor, we believe she worked far and beyond on what normally would be suspected of a Realtor. She provided us with basically everything to get started in a new area. We were even "thankfully grateful" that she went and had a neighbor plow our driveway for us as when we arrived in town, it didn't even cross our minds that we needed that service. Any questions or concerns we had, she seemed to have an answer for. We thought it was really nice that she provided us with two days worth of food, a welcome gift and also a welcoming hug to the area! Would not hesitate to refer Merrill to anyone as a Realtor and in the future, if we ever move again, we'll for sure call Merrill. Basically long story short, this is our third home we've purchased and we've never experienced a Realtor like Merrill to go out of her way, treat us like a client but also a friend and people with valid concerns, worries and most importantly feelings. So "Thank you so much", and "thank you" for calling and checking up on us and listening to my long winded stories!
