Due to our amazing experience purchasing with Merrill, we did not hesitate to list our then current home with her. Merrill was able to provide us with advice in preparing for the sale and was always available to answer any questions we had. I had not ever sold a property before, so I constantly bugged Merrill with numerous phone calls. Not once did Merrill ever hesitate to answer my many questions, provide advice, or find out information that she did not immediately know. We are grateful that Merrill made the best out of the stressful situations of purchasing and selling our homes and we feel lucky to have had Merrill as our agent.
