Well, Merrill Young was our Realtor for two occasions, to buy a house then to sell the house. We noticed on both that Merrill answered all our questions and was very prompt in getting back to us when needed. I believe that we were interesting clients (ha,ha) to blow in and out as we did. So with saying that, Merrill worked sufficiently as possible. We were even surprized on how fast the house sold! We would recommend Merrill to anyone buying in the Northern Region. Merrill, thank-you for everything but unfortunately we won't need you in the future - as we're never moving again! lol We're doing great in Nanoose Bay, BC.
