We are 100% satisfied with the service and attention given to us by Merrill. She could have done nothing more for us! She listened to our requirements and she resonded. She was patient and thoughtful. She gave us her full attention and her orientating us to the city was much appreciated. She provided contractors for us while we were still in Ontario and coordinated work - far and above any of our expectations. Changing the keys as a "gift" was a delightful surprise - again far above any of our expectations. Sending flowers to Betty's new office was generous and most thoughtful.
