Merrill was my breath of fresh air :) Jeremy and I recently prior had had a bad realtor experience with someone else in Fort St. John. Merrill offers good "old fashioned" service. The kind where you know you are getting more than your money is worth! She is always available and is very patient with questions I had as well as the seller anxiety that showed up from time to time :) Merrill was very reassuring which was a blessing to me as Jeremy had already moved out of provice ahead of myself and our son. Communication was so amazing she would let us know when she was going to be out of cell range for an extended period of time. At this time she would put us in touch with another realtor that she trusted with a like work ethic. Merrill had a way of sensing when I was discouraged and she would just show up to encourage me. One thing that was always encouraging was how many showings she had through our home. She knows how to price property so the house doesn't sit. I believe it's because of the time and effort she puts into analyzing the market thoroughly and often. I always felt informed. And when push came to shove and houses were starting to sit, Merrill helped us decide an incentive that provided us a buyer just weeks before the market(stock) crashed and then who knows how long it might have taken. I truly enjoyed the PERSONAL relationship we experienced with our "business" partener. I would recommend her to anyone who wants things done right...the good old fashioned way!
